Improving your profitability, cash flow, and ultimately your business and personal net worth, is all linked together.

Every business is a little different as far of the specific drivers of profits or cash flow. The business above sells high ticket items in a long sales cycle.

Here’s a quick exercise for you.

Write down three things you are working on right now to increase your profitability, your cash flow, and the net worth of your business.

They don’t have to be huge goals. Just focus on a few small things you can do to create improvement.
