Since my blog post recently where I set out my Financial Confidence Road Map for you, and a key component of that road map, the Monthly Confidence Package, I have been asked about the software tools I use to create a professional looking financial reporting package like the example I provided.
The primary software tool for the Monthly Confidence Package is called SurvivalWare. It’s an amazing financial analysis tool I could not live without (it has greatly reduced the number of spreadsheets I have to create and maintain).
It does financial analysis, graphing, financial projections, forecasting, creates the Confidence package of reports, and more. It does it all.
Cash flow makes the world go round
The cash flow dashboard component of the Confidence package example I shared with you was created in a dashboard tool that SAP sells. It’s a bit more complex to implement. I don’t include it in all the Confidence packages I create for clients but sometimes, depending on who the audience is, having the cash flow dashboard can be a good idea.
The core of the Monthly Confidence Package though is what SurvivalWare does to create financial projections, forecasting, create budgets, calculate the key performance drivers, perform financial analysis and graphing, and a host of other functions.
The Confidence package can be published quickly and easily each month in SurvivalWare.
It’s all about confidence and credibility
A professional package provided to lenders and investors each month creates confidence, credibility and trust. And that leads to the financial support you’ll need to grow and prosper financially.
SurvivalWare is the software tool I use to make that happen.
